The different types of green coffee are roasted separately and at longer roasting times. The beans remain in the roaster for between 15 and 18 minutes. The primary goal is to bring out the aromatic potential of each coffee variety. The noble espresso owes its chocolaty aroma to the cocoa plants, which often grow in the fields right next to the coffee plants. The proportion of Robusta beans ensures an excellent crema in the cup.
