Espresso from high altitudes
For the premium espresso, the Mauro roastery uses equal proportions of Arabica and Robusta beans. The resulting 50 / 50 blend has its roots in Brazil, India and Vietnam, where the high-quality green coffee grows at altitudes between 1200 and 1600 meters. After careful washing, the beans are roasted in a gentle drum roasting process for around 20 minutes.
Portafilter and fully automatic machine
The harmonious mixture produces an intense espresso accompanied by a pleasant acidity. Additional chocolaty and spicy flavors skilfully round off the taste experience. The premium espresso is suitable for preparation in a portafilter as well as with the fully automatic machine. Thanks to the high proportion of Robusta beans, a substantial crema can also be produced, making creative latte art possible.
