The Premium from Mauro consists of 50% high-quality Arabica beans and 50% Robusta beans. The beans were gently roasted at low temperatures. The taste of the espressi from the southern Italian roastery Mauro is full and harmonious. The carefully selected beans are grown in Brazil, India and Vietnam. There the high-quality green coffee is grown at altitudes between 1200 and 1600 meters.
Due to the high proportion of Robusta beans, the Espresso Premium from Mauro has a velvety texture. In addition to the aromatic taste, the crema is also convincing! It's rich and long-lasting. The intensive premium espresso can be enjoyed as a typical espresso, but is also wonderful as a mixed milk drink such as a cappuccino or latte macchiato.
