A noble miscela
The Mocambo Suprema coffee is composed of 70% Arabica coffee beans and 30% Robusta coffee beans. While the Arabica comes from the growing regions of Sul de Minas in Brazil and Tarrazu SHB in Costa Rica, the spicy Robusta comes from Kerala in India.
The roasting at Mocambo
Mocambo relies on a slow and gentle roasting process: The beans are roasted in the drum at a temperature of 215 degrees for between 16 and 18 minutes. This allows all the aromas of the coffee beans to fully develop. After roasting, the beans are air-dried for a short time.
The taste - a delight
With little acidity and a very intense taste, Mocambo Suprema coffee scores points. Fine flavours of toasted bread, amarena and cocoa make every cup of this espresso a wonderful experience. The well-balanced coffee has a dense crema and can be prepared in a portafilter or fully automatic machine.
