Excellent brewing process

The excellent quality comes from the brewing process. At an ideal temperature of 92°-96°C, solids dissolve and the desired flavor is released. Thanks to a first-class copper heating element, the water temperature remains constant. With a 9-hole stainless steel water flow, the water is optimally distributed over the coffee powder, creating a balanced ratio between sweetness and bitterness. The lid of the pot with its filling tube ensures even coffee distribution, so stirring is no longer necessary. Thanks to the integrated drip stop feature of the filter holder, you can remove a cup at any time, even if the brewing process has not yet been completed.

Power for sure

The coffee can be kept warm at 80°- 85°C for up to 40 minutes using the warming plate. Then the automatic shutdown occurs. The brewing element is switched off as soon as the brewing process has ended. This ensures effective fire protection. With an output of 1520 W, the seemingly small coffee machine is a real power pack, which can still be easily placed in your kitchen thanks to its compact dimensions.
