The excellent quality comes from the brewing process. At an optimal temperature between 92°-96°C, solids are dissolved and the right flavor is extracted. The water brewed by a high-quality copper heating element is optimally distributed over the ground coffee via a 9-hole water passage made of stainless steel without any loss of temperature. This gives the nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. The lid of the pot with filling tube ensures a homogeneous coffee mixture, which makes stirring unnecessary. The built-in drip stop of the filter holder allows a cup to be removed at any time, even if the coffee has not yet gone through completely. The coffee can be kept warm for up to 40 minutes at 80°-85 °C using the warming plate. Then it switches off automatically. The brewing element is switched off as soon as the brewing process is complete. This ensures effective fire protection.
