This blend of the roastery New York consists of 100 % Arabica coffee beans from Central America, of which 5 % is the provenance Jamaica Blue Mountain, one of the most exquisite and expensive coffee beans in the world. The beans of the New York Extra are dark and evenly roasted and captivate with an intense, chocolaty-spicy aroma. The New York Extra presents itself with wonderfully fruity coffee aromas, a medium body and balance. On the palate, notes of dark chocolate, cardamom as well as nutty hints unfold. The finish is mild and elegant. The harmony of the full-bodied taste comes out perfectly in this coffee. The crema of this blend is dense, peanut-colored and marbled.
