With a fairly high Robusta content of 70 %, the espresso is particularly strong and caffeinated - so not for the faint of heart! The high-quality and carefully selected beans give the Black Vulcan an intense flavor that convinces. The full body of the espresso is rounded off by strong notes of chocolate and aromas that are subtly reminiscent of tobacco. The high proportion of Robusta beans makes the Black Vulcan from Passalacqua particularly spicy and intense in taste. The espresso forms a rich and long-lasting crema that lingers in the mouth for a long time. As is customary for Passalacqua, the Black Vulcan is dark roasted. Vor ein paar Jahren haben wir die Marke Passalacqua in Napoli und seitdem sind wir Fans geworden. Wir haben wirklich alle Sorten von Passalacqua probiert. Ich bestelle immer Mehari, Ibis Redibis, Cremador und jetzt kommt dazu noch der Black Vulcan. Es ist immer wieder eine Geschmacksache. Der eine mag cremig, der andere stark, ohne Koffein usw. Wobei keiner Espresso der Marke wirklich schlecht ist. Wir finden der Black Vulcan ist ein hervorragenden Espresso. Der vereint Stärke mit viel Crema. Können wir nur empfehlen.
