This espresso is characterized by its high Robusta content of 70 %, resulting in a lush, hazelnut-brown cream. Just exactly how a typical Neapolitan espresso should be. The beans are selected with the utmost care and come from three different countries of origin. Due to the typical southern Italian roasting, the espresso is very low in acidity. Thus, nothing stands in the way of coffee enjoyment. The Elmir Espresso is ideal as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
