The Passalacqua Harem is the flagship of the Italian roastery. This roast consists of 100 % selected Arabica beans from ten different countries of origin. They give this coffee an extremely high quality. Rarities like the Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Puerto Rico San Pedro are part of this exclusive mix. Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the best and most respected coffees on the international market. The coffee beans are picked by hand and washed before drying. The roasted beans are characterized by their slightly oily consistency, which is created during the vigorous roasting. Such an oily consistency is a characteristic of many southern Italian roasts.
