They give this coffee an exceptionally high quality. Rarities such as Jamaica Blue Mountain and Puerto Rico San Pedro are part of this exclusive blend. Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the best and most prestigious coffees on the international market. The coffee beans are hand-picked and washed before roasting. The roasted beans are characterized by their slightly oily consistency, which occurs during the vigorous roasting process. Such an oily consistency is a characteristic of many southern Italian roasts.
