The Cremoso Nr. 9 from Pellini consists of 50 % Arabica beans and 50 % Robusta beans. The even, light roast makes the coffee balanced, harmonious and not too strong. The beans have been gently drum-roasted, which makes the blend pleasantly mild. The Italian coffee is perfect for Caffè Crema and Lungo. The taste of this great Italian coffee is characterised on the one hand by the nutty nuances, but the slightly noticeable sweetness also rounds off Cremoso Nr. 9 and is responsible for its well-balanced aroma.
An Italian work of art
At Pellini, the selected coffee beans are roasted single-origin. Only after a resting period of three days is the blend finally composed. Cremoso Nr. 9 reflects Pellini's experience, which is characterised by history, tradition and expertise in the composition of high-quality blends. The Pellini roasting company has been in existence since 1922 and comes from the Italian municipality of Bussolengo, near Verona.

Nr. 9
Hatte vorher immer Vivace von Pellini. Nr. 9 ist noch besser, nussiger, cremiger. Zwar etwas teuerer, aber es lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach. Bei einem Verbrauch von ca. 1 kg pro Monat ist das zu vernachlässigen. Wir haben schon viele Cafés probiert. Pellini Nr9 ist jetzt unsere Nummer 1.
