The Pellini Roast Nr. 3 is a new 100 % Arabica composition with well-selected beans from South and Central America. Only premium beans are selected for the Gran Aroma, with any breakage being sorted out during the cleaning process. This also includes the selection of large beans, which characteristically have an aromatic and full-bodied aftertaste.
Wet processing
The raw beans are wet-processed before roasting to refine the aroma and bring out the characteristics better. This enhances sensory nuances of chocolate and honey when prepared as an espresso. In the classic Pellini manner, the beans are finished with a gentle drum roasting, which is carried out individually for each type of bean. After roasting, the individual varieties are left to rest separately before being refined in this blend.
