Distinctive taste

As the name already promises, the Top 100% Arabica from Pellini consists of 100% of the best Arabica beans, which come from Central and South America. Thanks to its medium roasting degree, the espresso is very mild and creamy and has a noble and long-lasting taste. In addition, the fruity aromas give the Top 100% Arabica a slight sweetness. The taste-bearing acidity is restrained in this balanced blend of pure Arabica beans. As is customary for Pellini, the beans are roasted slowly and gently by hand in the rotary drum. During this process, the temperature is controlled and natural air cooling is used. This removes the bitter substances and produces a harmonious espresso. In addition, this process supports the perfect development of the aromatic substances and an unmistakable taste.

First class

The beans are particularly recommended if you use a fully automatic machine or a portafilter. The Top 100% Arabica belongs to the Prestige line from Pellini and convinces with its velvety creaminess.
