The dark blend of Tradizionale Nr. 42 from Pellini consists of 60 % Arabica beans and 40 % Robusta beans. The aroma is intense and characterised by a spicy note. The beans have been gently roasted, which gives the espresso a very smooth impression. Due to a slightly coarser grind, the espresso is perfect for an aromatic mocha. The taste of Tradizionale Nr. 42 is characterised by malty and chocolaty aromas.

Gently roasted by hand

This coffee is ideal for all coffeelovers who want an already ground coffee. The selected beans were roasted slowly and by hand in the rotary drum. This removes the bitter substances from the beans and makes the coffee very smooth. This gentle way of roasting gives the flavours the opportunity to develop ideally and finally provide an intense and great taste. Degree of roasting: medium.
