The Vivace No. 82 from Pellini replaces the popular Classico and is an ideal alternative. It is a composition of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans. The aroma is nutty and spicy and the coffee tastes full-bodied and well balanced. The crema gives the coffee a velvety texture. The beans have been gently roasted so that the espresso offers a pleasantly mild and harmonious yet intense experience. Degree of roast: medium.
Roasted by hand in the rotary drum
The finely selected beans of Vivace No. 82 were roasted very slowly and by hand. Due to this process, the bean has a very low amount of bitter substances and the development of the aromatic substances is made possible. A long and careful roasting process ensures a finely roasted coffee and avoids an excessively burnt top. Thanks to its strong flavour, the coffee can be enjoyed both as a classic, harmonious espresso, but also to the same extent as a delicious milk creation in the form of a cappuccino or latte macchiato.
