Sunday morning in Florence
For the Super Bar Brown the Manaresi roastery uses 60% Arabica beans from Central and South America, and 40% selected Robusta beans. After a classic southern Italian roasting, the beans exude an intensely chocolaty aroma. In terms of taste, the Super Bar Brown delivers an intense espresso characterised by chocolaty notes. The experience is rounded off by a fine fruity note and a dense, hazelnut-coloured crema.
Spicy aroma meets chocolatey note
.The 5 Stelle is an espresso blend of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. The roast smells of sweetness and chocolate and already promises a variety of flavour aromas. With medium fruity notes and lots of body, the strong Espresso Aromatico 5 Stelle Superiore shines. The character of the roast is spicy and sweetish-nutty. The note of chocolate also makes the taste picture full-bodied and round. The crema is deliciously fine due to the Robusta content.
Naples at home
For the Napoletano blend, the traditional roasting company Kimbo from Naples uses carefully selected coffee beans. These are composed of 80% finest Arabica beans and 20% strong Robusta beans.
The Napoletano captivates with a full-bodied, intense aroma, which is accompanied by wonderful notes of chocolate, fruit and toast.
Spicy espresso with plenty of spirit
The Mocambo Suprema unites 70% first-class Brazilian Arabica beans with 30% spicy Indian Robusta beans from Kerala. Through the gentle drum roasting process, the blend develops fine flavours of toasted bread, Amarena cherries and cocoa. Thanks to the pronounced Robusta content, the Suprema develops a dense crema.
