GORILLA COFFEE: THE MONKEY AS A SYMBOL
GORILLA: QUALITY SINCE 1847
Since the middle of the 19th century, the coffee roasting company A. Joerges has been dedicated to the Germans' favorite drink. In 2004 they developed their own house brand Gorilla coffee and from then on they are more than just an import and wholesale roaster of coffee. Throughout Europe, Gorilla coffee inspires its followers, and as a result, the brand continues to grow successfully. Fine coffee and espresso beans give their high-quality creations that special something.
THE RIGHT THING FOR EVERY TASTE
The variety is great. The variants differ in their strength, flavor profile and degree of roasting. The only thing they have in common is the high quality of the compositions. Several quality tests are carried out while the coffee beans are still on site in the coffee-growing region, so that only the Gorilla coffee beans that pass the tests make their way to Europe. Immediately after arrival in Germany, each variety is roasted individually according to its needs. Depending on the type of bean, the roasting takes between 12 and 20 minutes in the drum roasting process, which is about 220 °C hot. The Gorilla Espresso delights its fans because of its convenient preparation in a fully automatic machine.
The range includes six different blends that cover the individual taste preferences of customers. They are unique because of their different Arabica and Robusta proportions and the single-varietal roasting of the individual coffee bean varieties. Gorilla Superbar Crema stands out for its firm crema and nutty aromas. With the Gorilla coffee house blend, not only the bright green packaging remains in the memory, but especially the stunning crema in combination with a mild taste. When blending the Gorilla Café Creme, special emphasis is placed on the organic cultivation of the coffee beans. In the Gorilla coffee tasting package, the Superbar Crema, among others, creates delicious moments of pleasure. Gorilla Espresso simply remains in the memory!
