Automated preparation

Sage's flagship portafilter model, the Oracle Touch, is a successful combination of portafilter machine and espresso grinder. The bundling of both devices in one enables the automation of the entire espresso preparation in a small space. The strength of the coffee as well as the milk froth temperature and texture can be adjusted to personal taste. Eight personal recipes can be stored on the Oracle Touch.

The integrated touch display offers intuitive control of the functions, as well as a diverse selection of coffee specialties. Thanks to the triple heating system, the Oracle Touch offers excellent temperature stability and the option of making espresso and milk foam at the same time. The temperature of the brewing water can be set individually and reliably using PID control.

Pre-Infusion

With the help of the pre-infusion, the Oracle Touch elicits even more aromas from the espresso powder. The throughput time of the shot can be read on the display at any time. The automatic milk frothing is also particularly appealing, with which the temperature and texture can be adjusted to individual needs.
