Stainless steel milk jug
The Temp Control Jug by Sage is a milk jug and thermometer in one. The stainless steel milk jug holds approximately 480ml of milk, enough to make fine-pored milk foam for two cappuccinos. The outside of the stainless steel is brushed and the spout is slightly curved to ensure precise pouring. The highlight, however, is the integrated thermometer on the side of the jug.
Temperature scale for perfect milk foam
The scale of the milk jug ranges from 55°C to 75°C and thus covers the temperature range for perfect milk foam. Below that and the foam is not firm enough, above that and the milk foam collapses again.
