The Omniroast Gio from Seekind Coffee is made from 100 % Robusta coffee beans. These were carefully grown in Ecuador. It is the Napa Payamino variety. The roastery attaches great importance to good relationships with the coffee farmers and strives for transparency and ecological action. Therefore, the coffee farmers who grew the coffee beans for the Gio were paid fairly.
Can be prepared both as a filter coffee and as an espresso!
The Robusta beans have been roasted to a medium intensity. The Omniroast has little acid, but a lot of body. Since it is an omni roast, the beans can be prepared both as filter coffee and as espresso! This creates a wonderful flavor profile with notes of forest soil and nougat. This interesting blend makes for an exciting coffee moment.
