Heat-insulating properties
With the Cezves from the Turkish quality manufacturer Soy from Istanbul, fine mocha can be enjoyed in its full aroma spectrum. The small coffee pots, made of 1.5 mm thick copper, are handmade. The handle, made of a special bronze alloy, has heat-insulating properties so that it does not get too hot during brewing. The exterior of the jugs is covered with a hammered finish and has an extremely high-quality appearance, while the interior is coated with noble silver.
Suitable for right-handers
The C2 Cezve has a usable capacity of about 140 ml, which corresponds to two servings. The handle of this Cezve is positioned so that right-handers can comfortably control the spout free of drips. At the Ibrik World Championships in 2012 and 2013, Soy's Cezves took first place.
