The Varia VS3 is the ultimate tool for anyone who wants to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee. Precise grinding and quick preparations are guaranteed. The housing is made of die-cast space-grade aluminum alloy, which ensures the device is extremely robust and durable. The new motor design with stainless steel gears delivers a grinding speed of 190 rpm for espresso and filter settings. The result is a perfect coffee with a unique aroma and taste.

The second generation of the VS3 is the ideal tool for anyone who places the highest demands on the quality of their grinding results. Featuring a machined driveshaft with a tolerance of 0.015mm and double-row P5 grade ball bearings, the VS3 ensures smooth movement and increased stability of the device. The hard chambered premium springs dampen vibrations and increase consistency to ensure even particle distribution. The dosing cup is held magnetically on the base, as is the lid on the funnel.

Equipped with an anti-static design, the Varia coffee grinder ensures that your coffee only comes into contact with metal from start to finish. Thanks to its unique inclined geometry with an acute angle of 76.5 degrees, it enables ideal zero-retention conditions and a better workflow when pouring coffee into the hopper, adjusting the grind size and 180° access to the dosing cup. With a retention of less than 0.1 over a 10g dose, no rinsing is required. This means that when grinding different types of coffee, no coffee is left in the grinder.
