Mix of four varieties
The Wilde Milde blend from the Wilde Kaffee roastery consists of 100% Arabica beans. To be more precise, it is a mix of four different varieties - Yellow Catuai, Typica, Catuai and Bourbon. 40% of the beans come from Brazil and 30% each from El Salvador and Burundi. In terms of taste, the blend is characterized by notes of nuts and berries. In the most modern drum roasting, the beans were roasted light to medium, very gently, and thus retain all their aromas.
Fair coffee trade
Fair coffee trade and sustainability are very important to the Wild Kaffee roastery. Therefore, over 85% of the green coffee is sourced directly from regional coffee farmers. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1100 to 1800 meters and processed naturally immediately after harvest.
