The Blend Wildsau Espresso consists of 100% Arabica beans. The raw beans come from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia. The Wildsau is very mild and a very classic espresso. In terms of taste, the blend is characterized by notes of fruit and cocoa.
50% of the beans come from Brazil, and 25% each from Guatemala and Ethiopia. The beans are grown at 1100 to 2150 meters. Very gently roasted in a drum roasting process, the beans retain their full aroma. Wild Kaffee attaches great importance to sustainability and fair trade and obtains 85% of the raw coffee directly from regional coffee farmers.
