Why clean the grinder regularly?

Instructions for cleaning the coffee grinder:

1. Add a capful of cafetto GC2 to the funnel.

2. Run the grinder to grind everything in the hopper.

3. Remove the grinder cleaner dust from the bean hopper with a fine brush.

4. Finally, before grinding as usual for the next coffee preparation, grind another cup of coffee beans to remove every last bit of dust. Then dispose of the ground beans.
