The all-in-one solution

The COYOOCO barista towel is used for clean work on the espresso machine. The startup from Mannheim has recognized that it is unnecessarily complicated for many home baristas to handle the portafilter machine with several cloths. The innovation in the otherwise admittedly boring rag industry provides a remedy and is really clever. With the Barista Towel, three rags and towels can be replaced with one. The cloth primarily serves to free the portafilter or the sieve from the remaining coffee grounds after each tap. A clean and dry sieve allows the next espresso to be perfect. It can also be used to wipe and blow out the steam wand, as well as wiping down the espresso machine itself.

The highlight: the barista corner

COYOOCO has incorporated the so-called barista corner into the barista towel. The corner opposite the loop has a kind of triangular pocket sewn into it, into which the fingers can be put like a washcloth. In this way, the sieve can be cleaned easily and without getting your hands on old coffee. The large loop is suitable for attaching the towel either to the steam or hot water valve or to a foot of the portafilter machine as an alternative to a classic hook.
