Cinque Stelle – A 5 Star Coffee Experience
Since 1960, the traditional roastery Ionia from Santa Venerina has stood for original Sicilian coffee enjoyment: with care and passion, the fine beans from the best growing areas are selected for the Miscele, roasted separately and combined into unique coffee blends. Today, the roastery is internationally active, but Sicily is and remains its home. Preserving the art of Sicilian coffee is at the heart of what they do.
The Ionia Cinque Stelle – genuinely Italian
70 % Arabica coffee beans and 30 % Robusta coffee beans characterise this typical southern Italian roast. Thanks to the separate roasting, the different bean varieties can retain their individual taste. And this has an effect on the full-bodied aroma of the espresso. A gentle and slow roasting contributes to the lively taste of the high-quality beans. In the cup, the Ionia Cinque Stelle delights with a very intense flavour, lots of sweetness and a full body. The Robusta content gives the Caffè volume and ensures a dense crema. The espresso blend is a real experience for coffee experts, pure and in cappuccino or latte macchiato!
