Onkel Otto from the Kaffeesack roastery is a classic roast for filter coffee. Since all the beans used come from one origin, it is a single origin coffee. Only high-quality Arabica beans from Guatemala are used. During roasting, the beans develop their aroma and are refined with roasted notes. The result is a decent filter coffee that doesn't have to hide. In the cup, Onkel Otto's taste is evident with prominent roasted notes reminiscent of dark chocolate, in combination with fine notes of origin from the Arabica beans from Guatemala, reminiscent of maple syrup and orange.
