This exquisite, harmonious blend comes from Naples, the city on Mount Vesuvius, home to the love of espresso. It consists of 70 % Arabica and 30 % Robusta coffee beans. A pleasantly mild and first-class blend from Central and South America. Due to the gentle roasting and the use of only the best beans, the flavors of the Robusta beans fade into the background. In terms of taste, the blend convinces with its distinctive aroma with a special sweetness, with a mild and seductive taste. Notes of caramel as well as notes of fresh flowers come out tastefully. Light bitter notes and the low acidity can also be seen.

Particularly suitable for the fully automatic coffee machine

Thanks to the Robusta share of 30 %, this blend develops its special notes in the fully automatic coffee machine. Also with the preparation in a portafilter machine, the aroma variety comes to the development particularly well. In the cup, the dense and stable crema is also convincing.
