Triple roasted in the drum over gas
The Caffè Espresso from Mille Soli consists of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans. The espresso is harmoniously balanced, has a lot of body and a fruity acidity. The beans were roasted separately depending on the type of bean. In a special process, the beans are roasted three times in a gas-fired drum roaster. Only after a break were the beans mixed.
Chocolate combined with hazelnut
Notes of soft chocolate are complemented by the taste of hazelnuts. A hint of caramel and spicy smoky notes make the caffè espresso a taste highlight. The aromas are all well balanced, so that the espresso is very harmonious.
