The Minges Origins India Malabar Monsoondes consists of 100% selected highland Arabica beans. They are grown with the greatest care in the Malabar region, which is known for its high-quality coffee. There, the beans are traditionally roasted by hand in a long-drum process. This allows the beans to develop their aroma particularly well and filters out unwanted acid and bitter substances. The coffee is therefore excellent for the daily breakfast. The coffee has gained particular popularity due to its full, spicy and slightly flowery finish with a chocolaty note, as these special components of flavours make this coffee a unique consumption for everyone.
