Chocolate Alambra Espresso
The Alambra Blend of the Neapolitan roastery Passalacqua is a particularly powerful blend with its high proportion of Robusta beans. The gently but darkly roasted beans come from three different countries of origin and give the Alambra a full-bodied and chocolaty flavor with a subtle malt note.
Suitable for the mocha pot
The powerful Alambra Espresso forms a beautiful, dense crema when prepared in a portafilter machine thanks to its high Robusta content. However, the grind is also ideal for preparation with the Bialetti mocha pot. The Alambra manages the balancing act between price and quality particularly well.
