Full-flavoured

The Cremador of Passalacqua is a blend of 70 % Arabica and 30 % Robusta beans, which have been carefully selected and meet claims of the highest quality. The blend exudes an irresistible aroma of malt, nuts and toasted bread. Due to its blend, this coffee develops a balanced and full-flavoured taste and convinces with a medium fruity note. The acidity of this dark roast is rather low. Let yourself be convinced by the excellent balance of this espresso, which is roasted in southern Italian style.

Excellent crema thanks to the proportion of Robusta

The ground Passalacqua Cremador from Neaple has a strong, hazelnut-brown crema and this ensures a truly outstanding result, especially for latte-style specialties. The southern Italian roast is very suitable for coffee drinks with a milk base, such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. This espresso is very strong and tastes great. Due to the fine degree of grinding, it is ideal for the Esspresso mocha pot.
