The roasting profile of Passalacqua

The roastery Caffè Passalacqua was founded in 1948 and is now in its third generation. Passalacqua's attention is focused on the proper handling of the beans. The beans are processed one by one and roasted in a proprietary profile to obtain a fully blended coffee. Then, the beans are ground in a secret blend to create the high-class Passalacqua Moana. The attention to detail has been preserved by the Neapolitan roaster, and you can taste it in every cup of Passalacqua Moana.
