Thermal stability

The temperatures for both boilers of the Rancilio Silvia Pro portafilter machine can be controlled independently via the PID controllers. The thermal stability is particularly impressive, as the brewing temperature always remains constant even during long-term operation. Thanks to the dual boiler system with a 0.3 l brewing boiler and a 1 l steam boiler, coffee and steam can be drawn off at the same time for perfect milk froth. Thanks to the good insulation of the boiler, the Silvia Pro also saves energy.

Digital display shows a great overview

The Rancilio Silvia Pro has a digital display that can show the temperatures of the boiler. The times of the shot timer can also be shown on the display, and a timer can be set to switch on, usually in the morning. Furthermore, the Silvia Pro portafilter machine has some high-performance components. These include the ergonomic portafilter and the 4-hole stainless steel steam lance with ball joint. The brass ring brew group offers excellent brewing results in connection with the included 58 mm portafilter with 8 g and 16 g sieves.

The Silvia Pro is just as easy to operate as its little sister, the Silvia Eco. The additional functions that the Pro version brings with it allow a greater degree of individuality for coffee lovers.
