MÄDER COFFEE: ORIGINAL SWISS MADE

The origin lies in 1985, when Elmar Mäder started trading with Swiss coffee for the regional gastronomy.

THE HISTORY OF MÄDER SWISS CAFE

Elmar Maeder's passion for high-quality coffee products formed the basis for the company's current success and he established the gourmet brand Mäder Original Swiss Cafe. When Roland Breithaupt took over in 2005, this tradition was preserved and naturally continued. Today, the company is located in Hilzingen and produces the typical creations such as Mäder Kaffee Schümli, Creme Classico or the Mäder Espresso M-Cafe Blends.

THE ROASTING PROCESS

The daily roasting according to the traditional drum roasting method, i.e. a slow roasting process of about 15-20 minutes, makes the products special.  The highest quality standards, individual roasting curves and single-variety roasting are the cornerstone for the aroma diversity of the coffee blends.

Mäder Kaffee's portfolio includes both coffee and espresso specialties, all with outstanding quality.

CRAFTSMANSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Coffee beans from the best growing regions, decades of experience in green coffee purchasing, roasting expertise, and the highest standards of quality make up the brand's premium quality. For over 30 years, the cult brand has combined tradition, philosophy and passion. The Swiss flag on the packaging is characteristic. By the way, Mäder coffee is also served in the Augsburger Puppenkiste.

"Meh het en eifach gärn" (ch. ~ You just like to drink it).
