THE WORLD OF SALIMBENE COFFEE
A strong passion and a feeling for good coffee led Caffé Salimbene to create the finest espressos of the highest quality and with a special aroma. In the meantime, the roastery is continued in the third generation, by the grandson Carlo Grenci.
The love for coffee is capitalized at Salimbene. Gennaro Salimbene developed the special secret recipe himself, always preparing new blends with the Cuccomella and tasting them himself. The Neapolitans say Cuccomella or Napoletana to the classic Neapolitan coffee pot (reversible pot) Cuccuma. A technique with which the southern Italians still prepare their coffee today. The coffee creations were then tasted and evaluated by his own test group. Here, the consistent and unmistakable taste is guaranteed. Frahling lovers are served with a total of three intense, dark-smoky gourmet blends with notes of bittersweet, which pamper the discerning coffee palate. The dark-roasted Salimbene Superbar is a true highlight of the roastery, thanks to its rich flavor experience.
