The Espresso Exquisit from Alps Coffee Schreyögg consists of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. The gentle and slow long-term roasting process dissolves the bitter substances from the beans and brings out the aroma notes. The Espresso Exquisit is strong and at the same time mild due to the only very subtle acids.
Tradition from South Tyrol
Joseph Schreyögg founded the company in 1890. To this day, the company stands for tradition and great knowledge of the art of roasting. The coffee roastery roasts using the drum roasting method, also known as long-term roasting. This allows the aromas to develop optimally and remain intense. The roastery is located in Merano, South Tyrol. Their high-quality coffee blends are the result of quality, tradition and experience.
