The Fairlangen Café Crème consists of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. The beans come from Mexico, India and Honduras. The cultivation is organic and the trade fair. In terms of taste, the coffee is very balanced and pleasantly low in acidity. Notes of brown sugar and dried fruits characterize its aroma.
Rösterei Langen acts fairly and grows organically
The Fairlangen is - as the name suggests - fairly traded and organic. The Langen coffee roastery has been working with small communities of coffee farmers for over 20 years. The coffee growers cultivate their soils and plants in a controlled and organic manner. The roastery itself inspects the growing areas in Mexico, Honduras, Ethiopia and Tanzania several times a year. In this way she can evaluate the quality of the beans and the fair conditions herself.
