The Bio Caffè from Martella consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The high-quality coffee beans come exclusively from organic cultivation areas in Nicaragua, Honduras and Tanzania. The organic coffee has high-quality aromas and convinces with the highest quality.
Three high-quality provenances harmonize perfectly
A total of three provenances were carefully selected for the high-quality blend. The Honduras Arabica SHG Bio & Fairtrade comes from western Honduras. The small farmers only use ecological techniques and do without chemical agents. Notes of chocolate and citrus make for a great taste. The Nicaragua San Juan Rio Coco Bio is harvested between November and March in the Madriz region. The third provenance Tanzania KDCU Ltd. Originates from Tanzania and grows at an altitude of 1,500 - 1,800 m in mixed cultivation with banana trees.
