The Organic Caffè Espresso from Mille Soli consists of 60 % Arabica beans and 40 % Robusta beans. The beans are grown according to organic standards, which means that the blend bears the organic seal. The coffee beans are then roasted three times in a gas-fired drum roaster using a special process. The Bio Caffè Espresso is very harmonious and has only very subtle, fine acids.
Fresh citrus fruits and the sweetness of chocolate
This blend can be described as a harmonious organic espresso. Notes of caramel harmonize with fresh citrus fruits and dark berries. The Bio Caffè Espresso has a long aftertaste of chocolate.
