Mount Hagen's decaffeinated organic filter coffee is made from 100 % Arabica coffee beans. Decaffeinated filter coffee is the perfect coffee for anyone who wants to start the day with a delicious decaf filter coffee. The coffee beans come from 100 % controlled organic cultivation and 100 % fair trade in the regions: Papua New Guinea, Peru and Honduras. They come from the HOAC cooperation and are handpicked and picked there. The decaffeinated organic filter coffee is roasted in a drum roaster for approx. 12-14 minutes at 200 °C.

Spice and nutty taste

The Mount Hagen organic filter coffee has a warm spiciness with notes of nuts in the cup. A decaffeinated organic filter coffee with little acid, that's how Mount Hagen describes it. The degree of grinding of the roasted coffee is medium-fine and the filter coffee is best enjoyed in the French press, the hand filter or the filter coffee machine. Because the filter coffee is decaffeinated, it can also be enjoyed later in the day.
