This blend consists of 80 % Arabica coffee beans, including from the highlands of Mexico, and 20 % high-quality Robusta coffee beans from Uganda. Uganda is one of the best producers of high-quality Robusta coffee. Due to the topography, the growing regions have a hot tropical climate, but this is greatly mitigated by the mountain ranges and thus remains relatively constant. Ugandan Robusta has a very intense and spicy flavor with a subtle fruity note.
