The history of Ascaso Factory found its origin a long time ago in 1952 in Spain. Jesús Ascaso, a man of great entrepreneurial spirit, moved to Barcelona, the city of the flourishing coffee industry. There he first worked for another coffee company, where he was able to expand his experience in the field of trade as well as in espresso machine repair services. In 1962 Ascaso finally founded his own company, which specialized in the production as well as the distribution of spare parts for espresso machines. Today, the Catalan company's field of activity has expanded to include the manufacture of espresso machines themselves.
