The roastery has deep roots in the Arabic coffee culture and the team gives its best every day to meet the expectations of its customers. In order to guarantee this, Mikahs employees are trained in the theory of the cultivation of green coffee in the countries of origin, the production process, and the theory and practice of preparing the coffee with professional machines.
The founder of the roastery Mikah is Massimo Hakim, an enthusiast who knows how to enjoy life. This is also reflected in the coffees of his roastery. He manages to connect people all over the world through a simple cup of coffee, always keeping in mind the quality of the coffee. Even today, the CEO personally selects Mikah's partners so that they always fit the brand.
