VEE COFFEE: GOURMET AND GOURMETS
Hans-Wolfram Tismer's small coffee roastery Vee's is located in Munich. What started as a hobby developed into the passion of the Tismer family. Triggered by Mrs. Tismer's enthusiasm for baking cakes and pies, the first coffee blends were roasted in a popcorn machine with a hot air blower around 1999. A new drum roaster, professional support, a lot of diligence and work are the basis with which the coffee blends were born little by little. Within a short period of time, the Tismer couple succeeded in being recognized by the magazine "Der Feinschmecker" as a "recommendable roastery" in Germany.

HIGHEST QUALITY: GRAND CRU BEANS
Vee's blends are exclusively high quality. Only hand-selected gourmet coffee beans from the best locations on different continents are used. The Grand Cru beans, which come from the high mountain regions, are ideal for careful, intense and aromatic roasting. To achieve the highest quality coffees, the beans are roasted only in small batches. For selected blends, the coffees are even roasted individually so that the distinct flavor profile can unfold.
ENJOYMENT OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY
During roasting, the Tismer family ensures that the incomparable aroma unfolds, resulting in an espresso with significantly less acidity, more body and a long-lasting taste. In principle, many coffees have a high acid content, but the long and intensive roasting process reduces the acids and, depending on the variety, creates intense aromas.
THE MOST EXPENSIVE COFFEE IN THE WORLD
All the processes from the selection of raw materials to roasting and packaging are carried out with passion by the Tismer family. The excellent richness, intense and complex sweet aromas, as well as the wholesomeness of the coffees distinguish the different blends. Particularly noteworthy is the Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee from Vee. The coffee from these high-quality beans is very harmonious and balanced.
