Strong espresso with an intense aroma
For the Sto Bain, Café Badilatti uses carefully selected and gently but strongly roasted coffee beans. The 80 % Arabica beans come from Brazil and Nicaragua, the 20 % Robusta share consists of monsooned Malabar coffee in India and Robusta beans from Java. This mixture gives Sto Bain an intense, aromatic taste. The bean ratio makes this mixture a true all-rounder for espresso, ristretto, cappuccino and much more.
Two-time award from Sto Bain
Café Badilatti's Sto Bain has been awarded the highest rating at the Superior Taste Award two times in a row. The panel of the “International Taste Institute Brussels” consists of 200 experts and awarded this mixture the rating “outstanding”. The roastery is not only characterized by high-quality products, passion for coffee and experience. Their location is also special. At 1,715 meters above sea level, the Café Badilatti coffee roasting plant is the highest roasting plant in all of Europe.
