The Caffè Bio from the Pascucci roasting company consists of high-quality beans that have been grown organically. The beans come from Ethiopia, Brazil, India, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Colombia and Honduras, as well as India. They were stored in ageing silos so that the flavours could develop perfectly.
