The green coffee beans used to roast the Mokaflor compositions come to Torrefazione Mokaflor from all over the world. The beans come from Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, India, Ethiopia, Java, Jamaica, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. Direct relationships with coffee farmers and suppliers guarantee the consistently high quality of the coffee compositions. Also for this reason, Mokaflor first roasts, tastes and evaluates a small amount of each variety before blending the coffee.
