GOURMET ESPRESSO COFFEE WITH NEW YORK
CAFFÉ NEW YORK: COFFEE FROM "SOR UGO"
Espresso, bars and Caffé New York are inseparable. The story of Caffé New York begins in the 1930s, in the small Italian town of Montecatini Terme. Ugo Incerpo was the owner of the New York bar in Monecatini, near Florence. He wanted to offer a special product to the bathers who came to the temple town for a spa cure. For this reason, Ugo decided to buy a coffee roaster and convince his customers with the most exquisite blends.
NEW YORK - A FAMILY TRADITION
In a short time, word of the quality of his coffee spread and now even guests from Florence came to taste SOR UGO's coffee. In the 50's and 60's, the son-in-law of Ugo Incerpi, Oscar Onori, developed the small "one-man" roastery and expanded the distribution, so that Caffé New York found its way into bars and restaurants all over Tuscany.
TUSCAN COFFEE IN THE WORLD
In the meantime, the coffee is also distributed beyond the borders of Italy, delighting more and more customers with its unmistakable taste. A history in which the roastery has made it its mission to develop the best espresso for its customers with total dedication and sacrifice. To this day, Caffé New York is considered by Frahling lovers to be among the top of the gourmet espresso coffees.
